Support Worker Criteria
* Experience of supporting young people who display emotional and behavioural difficulties either as a support worker, care assistant or relevant role.
* Willingness to work towards a Diploma/Diploma Level 3 in children and young people or equivalent qualification
* Understanding of Learning difficulties
* GCSE or equivalent English, maths & ICT
