A welcoming and supportive nursery setting in Beaconsfield is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Qualified Nursery Assistant to join their Early Years team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate childcare professional looking to work in a nurturing environment supporting young children during their early development.
About the Role
As a Nursery Assistant, you will:
* Support children’s learning and development within the EYFS framework
* Deliver and assist with engaging play-based activities and learning sessions
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
* Support children’s social, emotional, and communication development
* Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, toileting, and transitions
* Work closely with staff and parents to support children’s overall progress and wellbeing
Essential Requirements
* Level 3 Qualification in Childcare – essential
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service – essential
* Right to Work in the UK – essential
* Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
* Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding procedures
* Caring, reliable, and proactive approach
Desirable
* Driver preferred due to location/travel requirements
* Experience supporting children with additional needs
* Paediatric First Aid qualification
