Class 1 Hgv Driver – Part Time – Evesham

Job Summary

Wright Staff Recruitment are hiring Adhoc Class 1 HGV drivers for refrigerated distribution work based around Evesham.

Key Details

* Type of work: RDC fridge work (distribution centres using refrigerated trailers)

* Flexibility: Monday – Sunday shifts available. Adhoc work

* Pay: £17.00–£19.00/hour PAYE (Rolled up is available upon request)

* Drops/collections: Usually 1–3 per shift

* Area covered: Nationwide deliveries

What the Job Involves:

You’d be driving refrigerated Class 1 vehicles transporting chilled/frozen goods to RDCs or customer sites.

The role includes:

* Long-distance driving

* Some manual unloading

* Using pump truck & tail lift

* Working variable routes daily

* Building familiarity with repeat customers/routes

Requirements

You need:

* Valid Full UK Class 1 (CE) licence

* Driver CPC

* Digital tachograph card

* Maximum 6 points

* No DR10 endorsements

* Minimum 2 years Class 1 experience

Salary: £17.50 – £19/hour
