The Ideal Year 1 Teacher will:

Qualified teacher (QTS) with a strong understanding of Key Stage 1 / Year 1 curriculum
Passion for creating both an inclusive and purposeful learning experience
A motivated practitioner who continually seeks to improve
Excellent communicator and team player, able to engage with staff, pupils, and parents
Possess an up to date DBS or be willing to obtain one.
Year 1 experience – ECT’S also encouraged to apply
Live a commutable distance from Redbridge, London
