About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and fluent Welsh-speaking Classroom/ Teaching Assistant to join our team and support the learning and development of pupils in a bilingual educational setting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about education, child development and promoting the Welsh language.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons in Welsh
*
Support pupils with their learning on a one-to-one or group basis
*
Encourage the use of the Welsh language in all aspects of school life
*
Provide pastoral support to ensure pupils feel confident and supported
*
Help prepare classroom materials and maintain a positive learning environment
Requirements:
*
Fluent in Welsh (essential)
*
Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
*
Commitment to promoting the Welsh language and culture
