We are looking for people full time and part time to train to become a qualified Electrician. No experience required.
You will be able to train from home for the written exams, but you will be required to attend one of our state of the art training facilities for the practical assessment which have now been updated to meet COVID 19 regualations.
Our successful candidates have come from various backgrounds across the UK to retrain as a qualified Electrician.
You can choose to study to become a Domestic Electrician or a Professional Electrician. At the end of Domestic Electrician (Domestic Electrical Installer) course you will be working towards these qualifications.

* City & Guilds 2382 – 18th Edition of the IET Wiring regulations
* Part P Full Scope
* City & Guilds 2392 – Fundamental Inspection, Testing and Initial Verification
* City & Guilds 2365 Level 2 Diploma in Electrical Installations (Building and Structures)
If you opt to start a Professional Electrician (Full Scope Electrician) course you will be working towards these qualifications.
* City & Guilds 2365 Level 3 Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical Systems and Equipment (Buildings, Structures and the Environment)
* City & Guilds 2392 Certificate in Fundamental Inspection, Testing and Initial Verification
* 2391-52 Level 3 Award in Inspection and Testing
When you start a program, you will receive a guidance pack that will help you throughout the course as well as related textbooks for learning.
Throughout the program you will be guided and supported by experienced tutors who will be available for any questions or clarifications either by telephone or via email. The practical workshops are conducted continuously letting you start whenever you are ready.
Once you have completed your course, Skills today will guarantee you an interview with our various partners up and down the UK. Once qualified you will also be able to start your own business.
