SEND Teaching Assistants – Dudley & Surrounding Areas

Are you a passionate and supportive Teaching Assistant with experience in SEND? We are looking for SEND Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary, secondary, and specialist schools in Dudley and the surrounding areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in rewarding roles supporting pupils with a variety of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, PMLD, and complex needs.

The Role:

Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups

Assisting pupils with their learning, development, and emotional needs

Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment

Working closely with teachers and wider school staff

We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children or young people with SEND (school-based experience preferred)

A patient, caring, and flexible approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A genuine passion for supporting pupils to reach their full potential
