We’re recruiting for dedicated SEMH Secondary Teaching Assistants to join our partnered vibrant school in Eltham.
This is a full-time, long-term position with working hours from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Secondary Teaching assistant – Key Responsibilities:
* Proactive Classroom Support: Assist teachers in creating an engaging, safe, and inclusive learning environment, anticipating and addressing students’ needs.
* Individualised Attention: Work one-to-one or in small groups to provide targeted support, helping pupils overcome barriers to learning.
* Behavioural Guidance: Implement strategies to manage and encourage positive behaviour, fostering a nurturing atmosphere that supports growth.
* Resource Preparation: Help prepare and organise learning materials, ensuring lessons run smoothly and effectively.
* Collaborative Effort: Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to deliver tailored interventions and monitor pupil progress.
