Support Workers needed – Nuneaton – Part Time – Nuneaton

We are looking for 2 female support workers as soon as possible to cover a 3-6 month contract. I have copied the details below.
 
Carer / Support Workers in the Nuneaton area who can support an existing directly employed support worker team (whilst we recruit), to provide a 7-day support to a Double-handed care package for a 83-year-old lady living with the following injuries since December 2016 :

Spinal cord injury:  unstable C2 fracture and at risk of autonomic dysreflexia
pressure ulcer risk
wheelchair dependent,
Complex moving and handling – hoisted
nebuliser,
suppositories and bowel care,
catheter care,
risk of choking and aspiration,
NIPPY Cough assist,
pain management,
Risk of recurrent urine infections
Support with nutrition and hydration 
The shifts are:
 
– Mornings: 6.30am to 9.30am  (3 hours)
– Sleeping Nights : 7.30pm to 9.30am (14 hours)
 
We are looking a suitable second person for moving & handling (hoisting competences required) for 7 x Morning shifts for an immediate start.
 
There is the possibility to include some lone working sleeping night cover, there are times however, where assistance is required during the night i.e. with a nebuliser  / cough assist, and blocked catheter issues, so uptodate competencies are required to cover these.

Salary: £12 – £15/hour
