Support Worker – Part Time – Countess Wear

* Assist residents with mobility and safe moving & handling procedures.

* Support residents with eating and drinking where required.

* Administer medication (if trained and authorised).

* Monitor and record residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing.

* Maintain accurate care records

* Promote independence and encourage participation in social activities.

* Safeguard vulnerable adults and report any concerns immediately.

* Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and families.

Salary: £12.80 – £13/hour
