About the Role
Resilience Personnel is looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our growing team in Scunthorpe. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and assistance to individuals, ensuring their independence, dignity, and overall well-being. You will work as part of a team to deliver tailored support that meets the needs of each service user.
Key Responsibilities

Provide person-centred care and support to service users.

Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
*
Support service users with mobility, ensuring safe use of equipment and proper moving & handling techniques.
*
Administer medication in line with training and care plans.
*
Promote independence, choice, and inclusion for all service users.
*
Maintain accurate records and report any concerns to senior staff.
*
Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety standards are consistently met.
Mandatory Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must hold the following:
1.
DBS Certificate registered with the Update Service
2.
Medication Administration – Practical Certificate
3.
Moving & Handling – Practical Certificate
Salary: £12.50 – £13/hour
Job Type: Temporary, Part Time
