The Role
As a Senior Maritime Structural Civil Engineer with at least five years of experience, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering transformative maritime projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Client Engagement: Understanding client needs, developing solutions, and fostering strong, long-term relationships
Project Leadership: Leading the design and delivery of marine structural and infrastructure projects, from ports to waterfront developments
Proposal Development: Drafting, presenting, and securing project proposals with new and existing clients
Technical Delivery: Producing practical, high-quality technical designs and reports while offering jargon-free expertise
Project Oversight: Managing project finances, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful outcomes
Mentorship: Supporting and guiding junior engineers to grow their skillsYou’ll be a key figure in their client-facing approach, attending site visits and maintaining a hands-on presence throughout the project lifecycle—from concept to completion.
What You’ll Bring
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
A degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
Proven experience in civil structural engineering, including hands-on technical expertise
A genuine passion for the marine environment and its challenges
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with contractors, clients, and partners
