We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming special needs secondary school in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible and is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people with additional needs.
About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to help students access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential. You may support pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, both inside and outside the classroom.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have experience working with children or young people with special educational needs or be keen to learn and develop in this area
Be patient, caring, and committed to making a positive difference
Be able to work effectively as part of a team
Hold a valid DBS certificate or be willing to apply for one
