Here at Academics we are currently working with a SEN secondary school in Hillingdon who are seeking an SEN Teacher to start as soon as possible. This school are keen to add a few SEN Teachers. One will be to work in Year 7 and another SEN Teacher is required for Year 8. We are seeking a dynamic SEN Teacher who will be able to teach SEN children to help them across their learning and development

The Role:

Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and growth.
Help students develop confidence, independence and encourage them to learn
Manage behaviour, mark work and talk to parents and carers about their children’s progress
Work with specialist teaching services, medical staff, counsellors and psychologistsRequirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Ideally have experience as an SEN Teacher
You must have a genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to inclusive education
Demonstrate an ability to create engaging and differentiated learning experiences
Either live in Hillingdon or within a commutable distance

Holiday pay is calculated at 12.07% of the gross salary payment, and is inclusive on quoted hourly or daily rates.

Salary: £140 – £240/day
