Aspire People are recruiting passionate and reliable Secondary Teachers to work in schools across Gloucester and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to teach and inspire students while gaining valuable experience across a range of subjects and school settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet curriculum objectives
Assess, monitor, and support students’ academic progress
Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management
Adapt teaching to meet the needs of different learners, including those with additional needs
Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community
Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents to support learning and progress
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching in Secondary schools preferred
Subject specialism in your chosen area
Passionate, organised, and committed to pupil success
Reliable and adaptable, with strong communication skills
