Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet curriculum objectives

Assess and monitor student progress to ensure all learners achieve their potential

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports all abilities

Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain high expectations

Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to whole-school initiatives

Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Experience teaching in Secondary schools (ECTs welcome to apply)

Strong subject knowledge in your chosen specialism

Passionate, adaptable, and dedicated to supporting young people

Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
