The Role

Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 available for a subject specialist)

Delivering engaging and practical lessons in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics
*
Planning and assessing in line with the national curriculum
*
Supporting students of all abilities to achieve strong progress
*
Working collaboratively within a well-established Science department

The Ideal Candidate
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
*
Strong subject knowledge in Science (Biology, Chemistry or Physics specialism welcomed)

Confident delivering practical lessons safely and effectively
*
Ability to stretch high achievers while supporting lower attainers
*
