Summary:

We are delighted to be partnering with a well-established engineering company to recruit a Sales Ledger Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records in line with company and regulatory standards. You will play a key part in supporting business operations by ensuring efficient account processes and collaborating closely with managers and colleagues across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate sales ledger records and ensure invoices are correctly processed

* Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments

* Liaise with internal teams to resolve invoice or account queries

* Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping and financial administration

* Support the Finance team with ad hoc tasks as required

Ideal Candidate

* Holds an AAT qualification or equivalent

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Accurate and detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills

* Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team

* Professional, reliable, and accountable in handling financial information
