Are you a passionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) looking for a fulfilling role in a well-established care home? We are recruiting on behalf of a respected provider committed to delivering high-quality care and support to residents in a warm and friendly environment.
About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring the well-being of residents by delivering person-centered care, administering medication, and leading the care team to maintain the highest standards of clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Administer medications and treatments in line with NMC guidelines
✅ Assess, plan, and implement person-centered care plans
✅ Support and supervise care staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
✅ Monitor residents’ health and well-being, responding to changes in condition
✅ Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and best practice standards
Requirements:
✔ Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
✔ Experience in elderly care, dementia care, or complex needs (preferred but not essential)
✔ Strong clinical skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach
✔ Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
