About the Role
We’re seeking a compassionate, dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our friendly and professional team. You’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional nursing and personal care, ensuring our residents or patients receive the highest standard of clinical support and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to residents/patients.

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans in collaboration with residents and multidisciplinary teams.
*
Administer medication safely and in accordance with company and NMC guidelines.
*
Monitor and record residents’ health conditions, reporting changes promptly.
*
Provide emotional support and reassurance to residents and their families.
*
Supervise and mentor care staff, promoting best practice and teamwork.
*
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
*
Uphold infection control, safeguarding, and health & safety standards.
About You
*
NMC Registered Nurse (RGN) – with a valid PIN.
*
Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
*
Compassionate, patient-centred approach to care.
*
Ability to lead by example and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
*
Previous experience in a care home is essential
Salary: £23 – £30/hour
