Key Responsibilities of the Part Time Automotive Receptionist:

Service Reception Management: Efficiently and effectively manage the service reception area.
Customer Journey Coordination: Ensure a seamless customer journey from booking to vehicle collection.
Team Coordination: Coordinate with Vehicle Technicians, order parts, and prioritize workload.
Customer Enquiries: Handle customer enquiries, including job pricing.
Administrative Duties: Perform administrative tasks such as invoicing, data input, and maintaining up-to-date customer records.
