Hours: 37 hr/week Mon–Thu: 08:00–16:30 and Fri: 08:00–13:00
A global engineering manufacturer is looking for an R&D Technician to join its product development team in Peterborough. This is a practical, hands-on workshop role, building test rigs and testing components.
You will be helping generate the data used to validate new products and improvements.
Responsibilities:
Operating test rigs and prototype components.
Instrumentation setup, data capture, and recording.
Preparing components for testing (strain gauges, soldering, assembly).
Requirements:
Experience soldering electronic components.
Experience using hand tools.
Able to follow written procedures and record accurate data.
Salary: £23.60/hour
