We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join one of the leading and growing façade contractors in the UK. If you have experience with curtain walling, façade, architectural glazing, glazing, structural glass, cladding and the exteriors, then this will be an excellent opportunity.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
1. JCT Contract administration.
2. Variation costing/submittal and agreement.
3. Valuation submittals.
4. Pre-qual submittals using company forms.
5. Cost Planning / Estimating.
6. Site visits / surveys / take offs using BlueBeam.
7. Measure progress against invoices.
8. Contract reviewing.
9. Liaising with client QS.
10. Commercial tracking / spend reviews.
11. Forming final accounts.
