Primary School Supply Teacher – Part Time – Sutton Coldfield

Job Responsibilities:
– Deliver engaging and effective lessons to primary school students across various year groups

– Follow the school’s curriculum guidelines while applying creative teaching methods to enhance learning

– Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support

– Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment

– Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support the overall mission of the school

– Adhere to school policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety regulations.

Key Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

– Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting

– Strong knowledge of the primary school curriculum

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to inspire and motivate young learners

– Patient, adaptable, and able to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
