We are recruiting exclusively for a Payroll & HR Officer for a recognised employer near to the Glenfield area. This is a permanent full time or part time position offering a salary of around £28,000 and possibly more for the right candidate. Hours are 09.00am, – 5.00pm. Our client is also able to offer flexi hours if need be and will consider part time candidates
Payroll & HR duties:
* Payroll for 300 Monthly staff
* Process Starters & Leavers
* Process holiday forms, SSP, SMP,SPP forms
* Manage and update the sick records
* BACS Payments
* PAYE, NI contributions
* Absence management & Annual Holiday management
* Maintain HR policies
Benefits:
* Salary: circa £28,000
* Hours: Monday – Friday 09.00am – 5.00pm. Part time hours are also available including flexi hours.
* 20 Days holiday + bank holidays
* Pension
* Study support if required
