JRS Associates have partnered up with an exciting precision engineering company in Pinxton to recruit a Part-Time Quality Manager. This role is ideal for a highly experienced or semi-retired Quality professional looking for flexible work, where their knowledge and guidance will have a genuine impact.
You will provide oversight, structure, and continuous improvement to existing quality systems, rather than day-to-day inspection.
The Successful Part-Time Quality Manager – Package:
* Flexible working pattern (typically 4 – 8 days per month)

The Successful Part-Time Quality Manager – Requirements:
* Review, maintain, and improve existing Quality Management Systems
* Ensure compliance with AS9100
* Support internal and external audits
* Provide guidance on procedures, documentation, and best practice
* Advise senior management on quality improvements and risk
* Mentor internal staff on quality awareness and compliance
* Engineering / fabrication background preferred
