Part-time Property Administrator – Part Time – Farnborough

They are looking to recruit a Part-time Property Administrator to join their dynamic Residential Property team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, highly organised individual to join a successful team .


* Using the Land Registry portal to carry out priority searches.

* Dealing with lender’s requirements after completion and dealing with deeds after completion.

* Dealing with Department administrative tasks.

* Managing own workload.

* Dealing with submission of applications for registration at the Land Registry for the Department.

* Dealing with Land Registry queries during the registration process.

* Reviewing financial ledgers and dealing with return of balances to clients.

* Closing files.

* Assisting with Deeds requests.

The ideal candidate will have experience in general administration and capable of handling numerous files from inception through to completion.
