Our client is a technology business that provide solutions for people with additional needs; they have recently won a large tender so have exceptional growth plans!

This role will be initially temporary, but they will have permanent positions in the future.

Duties and responsibilities for the Office coordinator:

Perform all clerical tasks such as responding to emails and managing correspondence.
Processing customer’s orders via their online portal and the sales team.
Liaising with suppliers and arranging delivery of products.
Responding to customer enquiries

Skills and experience required for the Office coordinator:

Proven experience as an administrator.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
