Part-Time Office Administrator (3 Days per Week)

Are you a well-organised individual seeking a part-time role that fits around your personal life? My client, a respected wealth management firm, is looking for an Office Administrator to support their busy office three days a week. You’ll be the friendly face of the organisation, dealing with valued clients and visitors, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

* Reception Duties: Welcome visitors, answer incoming calls, direct enquiries, and maintain a tidy reception area.

* Administrative Support: Assist the team with day-to-day tasks such as filing, document management, and data entry.

* Diary Management: Schedule appointments and meetings for directors, including handling travel and logistics.

* Communication: Monitor and respond to emails, pass on messages, and keep contact lists up to date.

* Office Coordination: Order supplies, arrange office maintenance, and help the office run efficiently.

Skills & Requirements

* Strong Organisation: Able to prioritise tasks, manage your time, and maintain attention to detail.

* Customer Service Focus: Friendly and professional telephone manner, with excellent people skills.

* Technical Know-How: Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.

* Proactive Attitude: Happy to jump in and support the team wherever needed.

* Part-Time Availability: Comfortable working on a three-days-per-week schedule.

The Salary – for the 3 days it will be £16,800 to £17,800 depending on experience
