Part Time Administrator required for a manufacturing company based in Gloucester GL4, working 21 hours per week. Immediate start for the right candidate. Hours of work Monday to Thursday 9.00 – 1.30 Friday 9.00 – 12.00. Please note you need to be able to work the hours on offer.

Our client is a small traditional industrial company that are looking for an experienced administrator. You will be working as part of a small team and will receive all the support you need to be successful but our client is looking for someone with previous office experience ideally gained within a manufacturing / industrial type environment.

The role of Part Time Administrator is extremely varied and will include the following duties:

– being the first point of call for the telephone
– keeping customers advised of the progress of their orders and dealing with any issues that may arise
– sending out invoices
– raising PO’s
– processing expenses for the workers out on sites
– responding to email enquires that come in to the business
– purchasing consumables

As this is an industrial environment you will need to be comfortable working in a noisy environment and have a good sense of humour. Knowledge of Xero would be a distinct advantage but wouldn’t be a deal breaker for the right candidate.
