Accounts Administrator

Part time, hours to be negotiated



Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Purchase Ledger
Sales Ledger
Data Inputting
Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff members
Meet and greet clients and visitors
Completing Expenses
Purchase Invoices
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems.
Perform daily duties in processing orders.
Chasing Invoices
Other administrative tasks

We are looking for someone with:

Good telephone manner
SAGE 50 or SAGE 200 experience (Desirable but not essential)
