Outreach Support Worker – Part Time – Bishop Auckland

The role will entail:

* Supporting children and young adults to access the community

* Promoting independence and developing life skills

* Understanding and supporting with behaviours that challenge

* Travelling to and with the children

* Planning fun and enjoyable activities tailored to the young persons interests

What you need to apply:

* A passion for working with children and young people

* Driving Licence (UK) – access to own vehicle (preferred) and business insurance

* 12 months+ experience working in healthcare in the UK

Salary: £12.50 – £13.50/hour
