Location: Bracknell (This is not a hybrid role)

Hours: Monday to Friday, Part-time, 09:00 to 14:00

Job Purpose:
To provide administrative support to the Maintenance Director (who will not be office-based) of Fix it 1st Property Maintenance and offer ad hoc admin support to the other Directors. This is a new role at a property maintenance company covering Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire, providing a great opportunity to make it your own.

Key Responsibilities:

* General office duties

* Taking client calls and booking site visits using Tradify software

* Managing invoicing and quotes using Tradify

* Keeping the database up to date with client and job details

* Document management

* Writing up client quotes based on provided information

* Job scheduling using Tradify

* Responding to client emails

* Researching suppliers and ordering supplies

* Monitoring and maintaining service contracts

* Maintaining compliance spreadsheets

* Booking vehicles for MOTs and service

* Performing any ad hoc tasks necessary for the business

Required Qualities:

* Experience in an administrative role

* Keen eye for detail

* Strong communication and presentation skills

* Desire to deliver outstanding customer service

* Administrative experience in the construction/building industry (beneficial but not essential)

* Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, and Teams

* Proficiency in creating and maintaining spreadsheets

* Confidence in speaking with clients and taking phone calls

* Hardworking and driven

* Ability to work on own initiative

* Experience using databases
