What you will do as a Nurse

· You will provide compassionate and professional support, ensuring residents physical, emotional and social needs are met while assisting with daily activities such as personal care, mobility, meals and social engagement.

· You will administer medication safely, create and maintain individualised care plans, conduct risk assessments and monitor residents’ health, recording observations with accuracy and confidentiality.

· Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families and colleagues, you will foster a warm and welcoming environment.

· Additionally, you will support and mentor care staff, contributing to a positive workplace culture where inclusivity, respect and teamwork are valued.

What you will need:

· Qualified RGN, RMN or RNLD

· Experience in a similar role

· Active NMC Pin
