Locum Practice Nurse – Part Time – Manchester

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Locum Practice Nurse to join our friendly and professional client’s team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled nurse looking for 2 days a week while providing high-quality patient care in a primary care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing general nursing services, including immunisations and cervical screening.

*

Supporting patients with chronic disease management, such as diabetes, asthma, and hypertension.

*

Conducting health screenings and NHS health checks.

*

Maintaining accurate patient records and working in accordance with practice policies and procedures.

Requirements:

*

Registered Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC registration.

*

Experience working in a general practice or primary care setting.

*

Proficiency in chronic disease management and treatment room duties.

*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*

Profiency in Emis Web

*

Up-to-date training in immunisations, cytology, and basic life support (preferred).
