We are seeking dedicated individuals with a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification to join our nursery team in London. Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or a related Level 3 qualification (see accepted qualifications list).
Extensive experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
First Aid and CPR certification (preferred but not essential).
About the Role:
Based in London, this role offers the chance to join a dynamic and supportive nursery team. You’ll play a vital role in shaping the development and growth of children aged 0-5 years, ensuring they thrive in a safe and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of a nursery section, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children.
Plan and implement creative and engaging activities aligned with EYFS standards.
Collaborate with parents and team members to support children’s individual needs.
Maintain accurate developmental records for each child, monitoring progress and milestones.
Ensure the nursery is a safe, clean, and nurturing space for children.
Supervise and support staff and apprentices, ensuring compliance with staff ratios and effective team management.
