Learning Support Assistant – Part Time – Margate

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Margate, Kent.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

The role will involve the following:

Providing one-to-one and small group support for pupils

*

Supporting children with SEN in and outside the classroom

*

Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management

*

Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

*

Supporting pupils with their academic, social, and emotional development

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience working as an LSA (desirable)

*

Experience supporting children with SEN

*

A patient, caring, and adaptable approach

*

Strong communication and teamwork skills

*

A genuine passion for working with children

Salary: £90 – £105/day
