Prospero Teaching are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Mentor to join our vibrant primary school in Northfield.
As a Learning Mentor, you will play a key role in supporting our pupils’ emotional, social, and academic development, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and small group support to children, both inside and outside the classroom.
Support childrens emotional wellbeing and behaviour management.
Work closely with teachers and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
Assist in developing tailored learning strategies for individual students.Requirements:

Must have a level 3 minimum in childcare
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for supporting childrens development and wellbeing.
