HLTA – Key Responsibilities:
* Specialist Support: Provide targeted support to pupils with a range of SEN, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
* Lesson Delivery: Assist in planning and delivering tailored lessons, adapting content to meet the diverse needs of pupils across different age groups.
* Collaborative Approach: Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to ensure each pupil receives the best possible support.
* Resource Preparation: Prepare and organise specialised teaching materials and resources to facilitate effective learning.
* Behaviour Management: Implement and support behaviour management strategies that create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
