Are you an experienced HLTA looking to make a real impact in a warm, inclusive and forward‑thinking primary school? We’re working with a fantastic school in Bexley seeking a confident and capable HLTA to join their team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children’s learning, can take initiative, and is confident leading whole‑class sessions when required.

The Role

* Supporting teaching and learning across the school

* Delivering planned lessons in the teacher’s absence

* Leading small group interventions to raise attainment

* Supporting pupils with a range of learning needs

* Contributing to planning, assessment and classroom organisation

* Working closely with teachers, support staff and senior leaders

We’re Looking For

* A qualified HLTA (or significant TA experience with HLTA responsibilities)

* Someone confident delivering whole‑class teaching

* Strong behaviour management and a calm, supportive approach

* A team player with good communication skills

* Someone organised, proactive and passionate about pupil progress

* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
