Behind every great meal is a kitchen that caresand were looking for a passionate Kitchen Manager to lead ours. It’s 30 hours a week with alternate weekend. 7am to 3.30 pm. working 3 days a week.
This isnt just about cooking. Its about creating moments of joy through food. From seasonal, locally sourced menus to themed dining events that spark conversation and connection, youll be at the heart of our residents wellbeing. Youll work closely with our care teams, get to know each residents tastes and needs, and take pride in serving meals that are as nourishing as they are memorable.
Youll manage the kitchen with warmth and professionalismcoaching your team, maintaining the highest hygiene standards, and keeping everything running smoothly to rota, including alternate weekends.
Were looking for someone with a Level 3 Food Hygiene qualification, solid experience in a care or catering setting, and a natural ability to lead with kindness. If youre creative, reliable, and keen to make a real difference through food, wed love to hear from you.
Salary: £23400/annum
