Grounds Maintenance – Part Time – Rugeley

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Grounds Maintenance Operative to keep our clients site clean, tidy and safe.

This is a part-time role ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work and takes pride in maintaining a well-kept environment.

Key Responsibilities:

General yard maintenance and building cleaning

*

Grass cutting, weed pulling and basic grounds upkeep

*

Sweeping, litter picking and keeping walkways clear

*

Ensuring waste materials are sorted and placed in the correct recycling streams

*

Reporting any maintenance issues to the site manager

What We’re Looking For:

Someone dependable with a good work ethic

*

Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons

*

Able to work independently and follow site standards

*

Previous cleaning or grounds maintenance experience is helpful but not essential

Working hours:

* 2 days per week (hours to be discussed)
