Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for children in your care
* Promote the physical, emotional, and educational development of the children
* Encourage positive relationships and support children’s connections with their birth families
* Collaborate with social workers and other professionals to meet the individual needs of each child
* Maintain accurate records and report on the progress and well-being of children
* Over the age of 21 years
* Have a permanent spare bedroom
* Have the right to remain in the UK
* Genuine passion for improving the lives of children
* Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate different age groups and needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Resilience and the ability to manage changing situations
* Basic computer skills for record keeping and reporting
