BDS are a recruitment agency specialising in the social housing and charity sector. Due to continued growth we are recruiting internally for a Finance Manager to join the Operational Team. The Finance Officer will work alongside the Finance Administrator and be responsible for all finance related tasks including full responsibility for a variety of payrolls and invoicing.
Day to day duties and responsibilities will include:
Bank and Petty Cash Reconciliations
Managing self bill processes including queries and missing payments
Credit control and invoice queries
Supplier liaison and control of supplier accounts, costs and purchase ledger
Reconciling nominal balances
Liaising with external accountant regarding quarter and year end
Sage queries and control
Producing weekly margin figures
Confirming consultant bonus’
Ensuring all sales charges are accurate
Managing company pensions
Essential skills and experience includes:
Previous use of Sage 50 Accounts
Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel
Highly organised and able to work in a fast paced environment
Finance experience in a recruitment environment would be an advantage
Hours are 22 – 25 and can be worked over 3, 4, or 5 days to suit the post holder, free parking is available.
