Hours – 12 hours per week; Tuesday (Apply online only) and Thursday 08:30 – 12:30.

In this role of Facilities Co-ordinator you’ll work closely with the facilities manager to support all facilities activities – this will include budgets, overseeing the teams and recording KPI scores.
The successful Facilities Co-ordinator will be paid hourly rate of £15, with access to Apleona employee benefits that will be available to you as soon as you start.
As Facilities Co-ordinator you will provide administrative support and manage the office functions including purchase orders & contracts, compliance, office operations, managing external contractors and record keeping. You will also be willing to pitch in with a variety of hands-on building maintenance tasks linked to your job in order to support your manager, your team and our client.
Our Ideal Facilities Co-ordinator will need to have:
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Experience with building maintenance tasks i.e. plumbing/carpentry/painting and decorating
– A strong desire to get things done
– Excellent customer service skills
– Great planning and organising skills
– Great time keeping
– Able to prioritise and ensure tasks are done efficiently
– Attention to detail and works accurately
– Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
– Local to the AB12 postcode
We’ll provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You will already have experience of working in a commercial environment and the ability to deal with people at all levels. It would be great if you also had an IOSH qualification but don’t worry if you don’t we can provide these for you.
