The Role in Focus:
This Drama Teacher position, with a salary on the MPS/UPS scale, includes:
* Planning and delivering engaging and challenging Drama lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (with potential for Key Stage 5).
* Teaching a range of dramatic techniques, styles, and genres.
* Developing students’ acting, improvisation, and performance skills.
* Directing school productions and performances (desirable, but not always essential).
* Creating a positive and supportive learning environment where students can express themselves creatively.
* Teaching at an Outstanding school.
What We’re Looking For:
* A qualified Drama Teacher with QTS.
* A passion for drama and theatre, and the ability to inspire that passion in students.
* Proven experience teaching Drama at the secondary level.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
