Job Title: Cover Supervisors (FT/PT)

Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Cover Supervisors to join our team and support various secondary schools across East London and Essex. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to gain experience in education or for experienced cover supervisors seeking new challenges.

Responsibilities:

Supervise classes during the absence of regular teachers.
Ensure students remain on task with their work.
Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
Provide assistance and support to students as required.
Follow the school’s policies and procedures.
Liaise with other staff members to ensure smooth running of the school day.

Requirements:

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
A passion for working with young people and helping them succeed.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and settings.
A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
