A well established secondary school in the Rayleigh area is looking for confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to support across a variety of subjects.

The school has a strong focus on consistency, high expectations and creating a positive learning environment for pupils. This role would suit someone who can build rapport quickly, maintain classroom structure and confidently manage behaviour.

The role:

• Delivering pre planned lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students remain on task
• Supporting students within a structured and engaging environment
• Working across a variety of departments and subjects
• Providing clear handover notes to teaching staff

The school is looking for someone who:

• Has strong behaviour management and communication skills
• Can confidently lead a classroom independently
• Is calm, resilient and professional under pressure
• Has experience working with secondary age pupils
• Can build positive relationships while maintaining boundaries
