Community Support Worker- Bolton
Precedo Healthcare is excited to announce the opportunity for Support Workers to join our team in the Bolton area. We are recruiting individuals to provide daily support to those in need within a residential service.
We are seeking Support Workers with a minimum of six months of experience in assisting Service Users in the UK. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to helping Service Users achieve their goals and maintain a healthy, positive lifestyle.
As an experienced Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting individuals using a person-centered approach
Building professional relationships with Service Users, their families, and other professionals
Communicating in a way that is meaningful to each individual
Providing constructive feedback and advocating for the individuals you support
Taking a holistic approach to the care and support of each person
Encouraging and guiding individuals to explore various opportunities
