Cleaner – Part Time – Crays Hill

This role is suitable for a driver who is able to cover cleaning work across various locations in Basildon. You need to be hardworking, have a good understanding of health and safety and cleaning products. If you are able to work independently and to a set schedule in a limited timeslot then this role is ideal for you. The client is happy to consider a candidate who will work 4hrs or 8hrs a day.

Job Responsibilities

* To ensure indoor and communal areas are always clean and tidy

* Reporting and hazardous areas to your line manager immediately

* Looking after key designated areas and ensuring you fill out any noticeable damages on the reporting sheet

* Be proactive and ensure that you order necessary products before stock is low

* To record and take pictures on a bespoke reporting tablet

* Reporting incidents and anti-social behaviour, supporting contractors on-site

* Working to a schedule of properties/blocks that will need visiting

Requirements

* Cleaning experience

* Be willing to work across one or many sites so there is driving involved

* Part time or full time availability

* Enhanced DBS is a requirement
